initial situation
Colgate-Palmolive in Russia needed to create a reference database of points of sales to use it in consolidated reporting, as well as to optimize the work of field employees. The complexity of the project was also in the fact that the database has has grown very large, and there are practically no resources for manual analysis of POS. Therefore, the main part of the AP had to be dismantled automatically.
